Tooling & Process Manager (all genders)
Your tasks
- As a key user, your responsibilities will focus on the use of the Jira and Confluence applications within the Krones.digitial community.
- You will take care of the continuous further development of our tool landscape within the framework of agile multi-project management and develop well-founded concepts for new requirements.
- As the central point of contact for colleagues and management, you will be involved in the evaluation, introduction and implementation of systems in the process environment.
- In coordination with representatives from the development teams (e.g. Scrum Masters, Agile Coaches), you will be in charge of defining guidelines and standards for efficient tool utilisation within Krones.digital.
- Through training, documentation and individual coaching, you ensure that the applications we support are used in the best possible way.
- You will work closely with relevant stakeholders from the specialist departments (e.g. release and test management, DevOps or security) to continuously optimise and automate their processes.
- You coordinate the interfaces between the tools we are responsible for and other company applications (e.g. PPM, JFrog, ServiceNow, Bitbucket, Jenkins, Power BI, Salesforce).
- You are an important contact person for all matters relating to Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), both within Krones.digital and for other areas of the Group.
Your profile
- You have completed a university degree (e.g. business informatics, computer science, business administration) or have profound professional experience in the relevant field.
- You have a great affinity for digitalisation and software development and ideally have knowledge in this area.
- Ideally, you already have expertise in using various tools (especially Jira, Confluence and plugins) in the context of agile project management.
- It would be helpful if you are familiar with the administration in Jira (projects, boards, workflows, fields).
- Due to your strong communication skills, you present yourself convincingly and are able to communicate complex topics clearly and at eye level.
- Your ability to grasp things quickly helps you to understand the organisational processes of a group of companies.
- Your structured working style is characterised by independence and a sense of responsibility.
- You enjoy networking and see yourself as a team player in a collaborative environment.
- You have a very good command of written and spoken German and English.
