Working Student / Intern – Digital Organizational Development (all genders)
Your tasks
- To present our organization, you will support us in the creation and maintenance of our organizational charts and the role descriptions within the development processes, which will involve working closely with the internal marketing team
- You publish changes implemented in the organization regarding structure, roles, processes and setup
- You will support us in the presentation and regular publication of our teams' key performance indicators for the digital development organization
- You help us prepare Cultural Awareness Workshops by consolidating and reviewing data using Excel and online collaboration tools e. g. Miro
- You assist the creation of a guideline to facilitate future Cultural Awareness Workshops by documenting and reviewing information about previous workshops.
- By researching and customizing team-building activities for our Krones.digital teams, you support us in creating a catalogue of possible activities and may also have the opportunity to co-moderate some events.
- You aid us in creating and documenting a globally valid onboarding process using digital tools e. g. Miro, Jira
- You provide general administrative support, including scheduling meetings, preparing documents, presentations and slideshows in English
Your profile
- You are enrolled at a university (e.g. business administration, international management, communication studies or similar) and - what is more important - you are interested in the field of organizational development
- You bring the ability to interact effectively across cultures and you are open to international collaboration
- You are experienced with digital tools and MS Office
- You have strong analytical and communication skills
- You recognize the added value in different perspectives and are generally open to new ideas
- You like challenges and are always looking for the opportunity to develop yourself together with your team
- In addition to German, you are proficient in written and spoken English
