True to this motto, our European regional HR team recently traveled to Denmark to visit Krones Nordic for the kick-off of our European Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) campaign. During this one-day workshop, they explored the concept of DE&I, used an interactive exercise to raise awareness of unconscious biases, and discussed strategies to combat diversity fatigue in organizations.
One of the highlights was the Privilege Walk exercise, which was both fun and eye-opening. They also created a DE&I roadmap for immediate and long-term impact, and shared success stories from Krones Nordic that other Krones entities in Europe can learn from. The first part of the workshop was rounded off with an exciting DE&I quiz.
Afterwards, they held a roundtable discussion with the team to brainstorm actionable ideas for making Krones Nordic an even better place to work. They also advertised membership in the European DE&I panel, which will include representatives from across Europe and foster initiatives in all entities.
